where is add f-curve modifier button?

I can’t seem to find the “add f-curve modifier” button in the properties panel. I switch from 3D view to graph editor, then click the modifiers tab on the properties panel and I get object modifiers. Help pls?

I believe if you press N in the 3d window a new panel will appear . it contains the modifiers

You meant pressing N in the graph editor, but yes, that’s it! Problem solved, thanks.
