Are you looking for blur? It’s its own tool, not just a brush on the draw tool.
Yes, It’s just I remember it being in a menu on the left side, whereas now that menu is not there.
Then your toolbar isn’t visible. Hitting ‘t’ in your 3D viewport will probably make it appear.
