Cool stuff, Glenn! Was the facial animation all keyframed, or was any of that tracked, as well?

It was all hand keyed. They wanted performance capture at the start, then tried facial capture but neither system proved as effective as hand keying the animation (which was our preference). The anatomy was so different from human anatomy that any automated system was probably not going to be flawless.
