I need a very detailed model for an upcoming project… I know of make human and Adobe fuse but those characters don’t seem very detailed to me. Is there a way to improve their quality?

Are you looking for a free asset or a paid asset? Blender Market (https://blendermarket.com/products) serves me well. There are some great artists there.
The renderosity models are meant for Daz 3d. So you would need to have that installed, Convert it, rebuild the textures in blender etc.
Ten24 has some fairly decent scanned 3d models. They don’t come with clothing but they make a decent base mesh model.
