Which Blender version has microdisplace?

I’m watching BlenderGuru’s Microdisplace tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRzzaRvVDng).

After discovering the 2.78a version from Blender.org didn’t have microdisplace, I went into the video’s comments and found a link to these versions - https://builder.blender.org/download/

I downloaded the newest 64 bit Linux version, date 2016-10-28 16:26 Hash 8a1b38f

Under the render tab I don’t see the settings for “Feature Set,” “Device,” “Geometry,” “light paths” . . .

Where can I download a build that has microdisplace and adaptive subD?

You need to set the renderer to Cycles to enable the ‘Experimental’ feature set in the render settings
