Which format / option to save Alpha textures in Blender? SOLVED

Hi there guys!

I’m trying to save alpha textures inside blender using the UV image editor. I can draw an image with alpha, display it in 3D view (texture face panel) etc, but when i save it as .png or .tga it doesn’t save the alpha channel… What option i need to check to keep my alpha texture channel preserved?
