Who tells me why fire creates so mush noise and this undescribable orange tiles?

First rendered frame was more or less - not too much noise and no weird tiles///but second - very dissapointing.

Two questions - how to get rid of noise which getting bigger and bigger as fire becomes bigger and bigger.

Second - what the hell is this orange tiles?

Third frame was even worse - almost impossible to see

I fed up with cycles render surprises. Plese help me guys. I already did everything possible to get rid of noice and frames are too long already - so i dont see possible way to render it
