why after parrating my bones does a part of the body not move?

hello

im pretty new with blender and loving it so far.
now i am bussy with a lil test in rigging and i got the following problem.
when i move the bones almost my whole body moves along but like the chest the bac muscles and the ass stay on the start position.(see attachment)
at first it was more parts but i changed some bones so they sticked out and that solved the hands and feet.
any help would be apreciated.

greetings

Be sure that all vertices are influenced by the armature…

For example with vertexgroups or with envelopes

Check your weights are normalized - go into weight paint mode on the mesh then check face masking is off, then in the sidebar (press t in the 3d view) under weight tools choose normalize all.
If your mesh is using vertex groups these all need to have weights. If you painted them yourself you probably know how to fix the problem (note that in blender you can paint while the object is being deformed - move the armature then zoom in on those left behind parts of the back mesh. Select the mesh then select the vertex group with the same name as the back bones etc then toggle into weight paint and paint them to that bone.
If you’re starting out using auto weight painting is probably easier than painting your own weights from scratch. First check that the bones in the amrature which you want to use as deformers have deform turned on (properties editor under the bone option in pose mode). When you parent the mesh to the armature choose ‘TO armature with automatic weights’ NOT bone heat as many older tutorials probably suggest? Check in the mesh’s modifier stack that you only have one armature modifier and that it is set to use vertex groups not envelopes.
