why am I bored ?

sigh

here goes the creativity

yep, the most creative in that post was the unwanted :o smiley that was supposed to be appart of the :oP (<–damnit, not again) smiley.

Well, if you really want to be creative, try to make the opposite of a spaceship. An anti-spaceship. The first creative challenge would be to determine what, exactly, the opposite of a spaceship is. That’s truly a tricky philosophical question. Next up: model the darn thing. I’m pretty sure it would look like nothing else ever seen before.

Note: Personally, I’ve never modeled a spaceship, and unless I suddenly find myself employed by ILM, I never will model one ever.

You want creatitivty?
I’m trying to set up a variety show. So far I have the set and some ideas for various clips, The host isn’t modeled yet, but I do know what he will look like (well more or less).

Unfortunately, it is on hold for a bit. I recently got an insane urge to learn how to use the game engine and I am now beating my head against the brick wall of linear logic and logic bricks. (Artists don’t de linear logic well).

Any chance someone wants to redesign the game engine into a format that Artists can understand at a glance? No? I didn’t think so.

(dreamsgate goes back to trying to decipher logic bricks… logic my…)

What’s wrong with spaceships anyway??? :x

I like spaceships!!! I’m good at making spaceships… :o

Don’t you like spacefights???

What am I supposed to do??? Animate a musical, with Blender???

( :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: )

Spyros.

Actually a musical would be cool, even a dance video has it’s appeal.

Anyone want to get together and do “The Sound of Music” using unique characters?

Or how about a Shakesphere play using aliens as the main characters?

well…my last post in this thread…

this thread turned to something stupid,
and not something that I wanted…it just shows
how and where these forums are heading…
sorry, but that is my opinion…

brain storming is one of the best methods of pulling out creativity. Combine it with a mindmapping afterwards and it can get you great results.

When did you make the the last one? with other people

By the way, you know why I cannot work with you…

I criticise

You complain

And you confuse the one with the other

I use criticism to improve work. No other reason.

Sorry

But who are these evil people who start threads like this?..

cough cough

Martin

poor king of the subtle warning, do you have a cold? :frowning:

by the way, bored people start such threads.

Actually that gave me a nice idea…

Allright here’s my “evil darklords” dancing group:

Spyros.

Yeah! Now all you need is some cool hip hop dancing. Might be tough to dance in those robes though.

:stuck_out_tongue:

That’s weird. Actually, I had an idea for a musical with Blender, but it just kinda fell through.

Actually, I’m planning a plotless film in the style of “Head” and the first season of “Monty Python’s Flying Circus” and “Slacker” (the 1991 film, not the recent 2002 film “Slackers”). The name: “Plotless Film.” :stuck_out_tongue: The idea is that everyone makes a 2-7 minute short, submits it into a contest thing, we vote for the best which get saved for last as a climax, and the rest are scattered randomly. If you guys want to help, that’d be cool, as I’ve got a shortage of ideas (proof is that I keep making plotless ideas). If you’d want to make a music video for whatever reason, fine, as long as either it’s not copyrighted or you have the money to pay for those copyrights…

Hehe, that reminded me of the modern version of “Romeo + Juliet.” (That was pretty cool. Especially how they kept the dialogue from the 15th century in a modern setting!) Yeah, but how do we explain the witches from “Macbeth?” Or how do we use Hamlet’s father? Or… there are lots of goofy little plot holes, but you could work them out, I guess.
