Hi,
There are things you can do:
-
Check “Jittered shadows” right under Sampling → Viewport settings in Render Properties tab (step 1). See screenshot №1,

Screenshot №1 (Shadow settings)
1.1 Increase the number of your samples to something like 2048 (step 2) or even more (depending on your hardware),
1.2 In the Shadows subtab, increase Resolution value all the way up to 1.000 and check Volume Shadows option, increasing its steps all the way up to 16 as well (step 3). -
Select your Light object in your Outliner tab (see screenshot №2), then switch to the Lighting tab (see screenshot №2.1),

Screenshot №2.1 (Light object settings)
2.1 In there, reduce the Radius value of your Light object to something 0.001 (you can play with it in order to get more better result if you wish) and check the “Soft Falloff” option as well, if it wasn’t checked before.
Here’s the final result you may get after all these tricks:
Here’s also my .blend file with all the settings I’ve implemented, in case you would need this:
lighting.blend (518.0 KB)
UPD:
Forgot to mention that it also needs to turn on Jitter’s overblur option and increase its value by up to 20%, as is shown in the screenshot below:
Hope that helps,
Cheers
