why does my blender crash when i press the p key?

i have python 2.3 installed.

so why does it crash?

what kind of graphics card? what operating system?

Have you been to the World buttons and sellected a GameEngine?

If you push Pkey in the 3D window it goes to a grey box and freezes. ESC will return the situation to normal. If you’re trying to load a python script, change to text window and open the text scrpit and then ALT-P. That help?
