Why does not the scroll button work in blender 3.4.0?

When I installed newer version it works. But then my project doesnt work. Seems to only work for 3.4.0.

It worked when I was using 3.4.

Try resetting some preferences.

Hey! Thanks! I will try to do that. I thought they were resetted when I uninstalled and reinstalled.
