Why doesn't Yellow + Blue = Green Node question

I am learning nodes and don’t understand why when you mix a yellow material with a blue material that the result is something other then green.

Blue and Yellow Don’t Make Green

First of all, you are mixing light, not paint, and secondly, as the above reference shows, it doesn’t really even work with paint.

strange, cause i just mixed two rgb input nodes and got green out with that.

Then this would be the Red,Green,Blue set thus RGB duh sorry for my temporary stupidity
