Why Halo Material is not affected by nodes?

Hi guys,

Iam doing a fluid simulation with particles. Everything went fine until i set up the vector blur for the animation. No matter what i do, the Halo of the particles is not affected. Anybody knows what i need to do?

I suspect it’s because halos are a post-processing effect. Note that they also will not appear in reflections ( unless environment mapping is used ). Maybe you could fix it by substituting billboard particles for the halo particles.
