Why I can not select the camera in the View of Camera Persp ?

I have several camera, i don’t know what mistake I do,
in the View of Camera Persp, one of camera can not be selected,
RMB the camera border, nothing happen, but in the User Persp all is OK.
other camera is OK, too.

Edit:
I found the regularity!

I added some keyframe for the camera location before. If the current frame on the keyframe exactly, I can select the camera in the Camera Persp.
If the current frame not on the keyframe, (in the range of between beggin keyframe and last keyframe), I can not select the camera in the Camera Persp.

I don’t think it’s a bug, because it can protection the camera at the right location.

Is it locked in the outline window?

Check if it’s not in a hidden layer. Because you can look through a camera which is on a hidden layer, but it can’t be selected.

Thank all reply. It’s very strange.
I split the view window, one use to control camera, the other use to show the result of Camera Persp.
no lock, no hidden layer. I can select and control the camera in the User Persp window, but can not select in Camera Persp window.
Sometimes, in object mode, the 20 buttons of layer not show at the bottom of window.
Yesterday, after I toggle the editor in other window do something, come back Camera Persp window, I can select the camera again !
Maybe I can find the error regularity by more operating.
