Why is my model pinching?

I was working on a model to practice as I am new to blender. During the process I noticed a pinch on the model and after investigating I couldn’t find the issue. So, I came to the internet to see if any of you guys could help. I’ve also included the file for my project (I’m new to the forums, so if it isn’t working let me know and ill try to fix it).

Can’t locate the part you’re having problems with, but try removing doubles, you have some.
