I have a particle system of shards of glass in my scene. It renders like this:

I tried converting the particle system to real objects, but it still rendered like this. What am I doing wrong? I was using this material as windows and it worked fine (I got the set up idea from Blender Guru btw). I want to see the floor through the glass objects, but also the reflections of the glass (as you would expect, you know?) The transparent box is checked under film, but why would the glass just erase the ground under it like that?
