Why Is Object Selected Selecting Other Objects With It? PLEASE READ FURTHER

Hi There!

When I Select An Object In Blender For Some Reason When I Try To Move It While Its Near Other Objects It Will Move Them With The One Selected. Also It Comes Up With A Circle Like The One Pictured!

you have ‘Proportional Editing’ on.

In the 3D View Header, klick on the blue disk icon to toggle it off (or press O on the keyboard).
