Why is the scale of my mesh changing when I apply all transforms?

I need to apply the scale to work with uniform UVs but when I do this happens if anyone can help please comment. My blender 2.93.4

You have a Delta Transform Scale of X/Y:0.026 Z: 0.004 and you apply those… What do you expect? It’s doing what you ask for.

What shuld I change them to 0, thanks
