I have no idea why this is happening. Is this “jumping around” supposed to be happening? I’m using a fork of Blender called Bforartists, but considering how Bforartists is pretty similar to Blender apart from the interface and shortcuts, I felt like I could go here for help.
I am facing a similar problem. Posted it here. I even shared my blend file, still to no avail.
I use 2.93 official release.

OH WAIT A SECOND I figured it out by accident. I had this this called “Use Tail” checked and unchecking it fixed it. Solved lmao
