And im having a hard time on minutes: 3:20 - 3:45 where the guy converts his spirals into mesh. Can someone help me?
Looking at the Outliner, you seem to have converted the spiral into a mesh already. Could you describe your issue in detail?
Seems to be a mesh, perhaps it’s to thin to see, think you could provide some more info about the issue?
Thank you so much for answering!!! Sorry if the way I describe the process is a little confusing I´ve just started using Blender as a Industrial Design student. The problem that I think is occuring is, in the video the guy after converting to mesh, hits Edit Mode and you can see that the spirals have something different rather than just plane lines. I haven´t continue because I wanted to clear my doubts with some people with expertise

I would say you are heading in the right direction having a clean mesh is important for many things, although what type of underlying geometry you want changes quite a bit between animation, static models and various other things you can also add a spiral and geometry under bevel in the curve properties if you want something like a spring best wishes on your project.
That works for me. Right now the project itself is a lamp using lattice structure. So, both of you good camrades have helped me a lot! Thank you, have a nice week.

It looks like you’re currently in Face Selection mode. Notice how he presses 1 to switch to Vertex Selection. In Edit Mode, you can use 1, 2, and 3 to quickly toggle between Vertex, Edge, and Face selection.
Since your object has no faces yet, switch to 1 (Vertex) or 2 (Edge) selection to select your geometry.

So, basically, if I switch to vertex selection, then object; convert, mesh, the spiral will proceed ass the video? Probably
