I never had this happening before. Unfortunately when it is uploaded to Sketchfab, it is the bad one showing.
I thought this was due to having two UV maps on the mesh. But it is not the case.
So what could it be then?

You have a Decimate modifier on that mesh, that only shows in Object mode. In Edit mode you see the “raw”, undecimated mesh which the UV unwrap is based on.
Unfortunately when it is uploaded to Sketchfab, it is the bad one showing.
I’m still asking myself, which of the two is supposed to be the good one… Somehow they both look weird.
