Why won;t my water flow correctly?

I have a uv sphere as the fluid and a large cube as the domain. The UV sphere is in this bottle and it should show up in the bottle but instead it like makes a wierd cylinder during the animation. If you watch it you’ll see what I mean.untitled.blend (851 KB)untitled.blend (851 KB)

remove your fluid setup
add a cube to go over the scene of bottle and glass scale it so it fits, aply scale ctrl + a, then aply it domain
inside the bottle create a sphere so it fits aply scale ctrl +a , then assign is as fluid
then make glass and bottle fluid obstacles.
hit your domain cube and bake calculate it
end result :

likely you forgot to aply scale before aplying fluid things and fluids dont handle scale like that.
