Wiggle bones and spring bones

I have both of them but I have trouble getting one to work or sometimes both of them sometimes not working.

wiggle bones:
for me, it’s harder to use. there are more sliders and more options, which just confused me bandicam 2021-01-17 22-07-26-952

Spring bones:
much easier to use, more understandable (because I’m dumb)
, but the only thing I cant get to work when I’m rendering the animation
