Wild Horse

Hi all,
I’ve finished another Blender pic. All of it was done in BI, and I did use some nodes as well.
Comments and critiques are welcome.
Hope you like it.

Nice work and composition, I would add a little of yellow to the image and some bloom effect, the horse needs a little texture work also, but its a great scene congratulations, I would give it 4 stars.

Make a position of a horse like in Ferrari logo it would be cool  and delete this thing behind horse it looks strange.

@leonnn: Thanks for the comments and suggestions: I’ve added a bloom effect , and hope
it wasn’t too much. Also more yellow. I added texture to the horse, but it hardly shows
up…I guess from the distance or glare…not sure. Thanks again.

@Flyker: I adjusted the horses tail…more like the logo. Thank you also for the suggestions.

Hope it looks a little better.

I think you made a fantastic dream,
something that does not exist but everyone wants to see
with their own eyes.

Lovely image!

There are a heap of images available online for you to model your horse on. It is after all the focal point of the scene, and should therefore merit the most attention. Search for some and you will discover that your horse has: a) chicken legs and b) none of the drama of those horses, since the rear legs are not well placed.

Finally, the hair of horses is much, much finer than you have there. You really need to thin them out in a big way, without losing bulk (i.e. much thinner hair, and therefore loads more of it).

These points will raise your image to the higher level it most definitely deserves.
