I have a few questions about the lighting system in Eevee:
- Will we get things like the Cycles visibility switches?
- Would it be hard to make lamp based lights camera visible?
- Can we have lamp based lights that are visible in refractions (works in glossy now)?
Currently I feel I have to double up on pretty much anything lighting related; lamp based lights as well as geometry based emission. Camera can only see geometry (also in Cycles), refraction can only see geometry (Eevee only), nothing (refraction) works with reflection planes (duh), and emission based geometry is very unpredictable.
Would also be nice if Cycles camera visibility even mattered in Cycles instead of being forced to rely on nodes.
