Will-O-Wisp Forest

This is my 10th render I’ve ever done as I’ve only been using Blender for 2 months or so. Please let me know what you think and offer any advice to help a novice along. Thanks!

You’ve only been using it for two months?
This is awesome!

You could have some lens flare or volumetric lights… rays from the lights through the tree branches, I think that would look good. Also is that snow or fireflies?

If it’s the former you could add more in. This is a good tutorial

Thank you very much! This tutorial video is exactly what i need and is the look i was originally going for. The snow/fireflies are supposed to be dust particles which this video also covers lol. Thanks again.

Welcome! How did you get the fog looking so good?

I used volume scatter in the world tab with no texture for the ambient fog. Then a cube with volume scatter and a noise texture to make the ground fog and a colorramp with separate z to fade it upwards. I used a really small light size for the orbs which made a ton of fireflies but looked better, so i denoised at the lowest setting (0.01) and it got rid of them without smudging the fog too much.
