Ok, I can’t think that this was on purpose but I’ve come to notice that Blender can’t see any networked drives when I’m access all my imagery and textures. At least MY Blender can’t.
I run it as Admin and my WIn account is an admin account. I can access the drives in Explorer no prob but Blender, it can’t even see them to browse.
I use ExtremePBR and in the shader editor I can forcibly navigate to the folder where the images are using UNC names and it works but restart Blender and all my maps are screwed and I have to rebuild them all again.
I don’t want to store all my maps on my local computer as they take a ton of space and I prefer having them on the network NAS.
