Wind forcefield results in jerky rotation movement and not bending in the wind

I have a wind forcefield blow into some grass (grouped single grass leafs) and right at the beginning the grass makes jerky moves

like it rotates around the z axis (that is no longer the z-axis as you have to lay your hairs and grasses down) to use them as sticking out grass particles.

what do I do against this?

basically it is what happens here at minute 8:00

but I can’t just blow harder, rather I just don’t want this to happen…
