A window pops up saying ’ import site’ failed; use -v for traceback
checking for installed Python… No installed Python Found.
Only built-in modules are available. Some Scripts may not run.
What does this mean?

it means exactly that, blender has not found (or doesn’t have a path to) and installation of python. some scripts may need this, though most should work just fine with the builtin stuff…
other than that it affects nothing.
