I am working on butterfly wing rig. I want to animate wing movement by positioning only one bone that other bones follow automatically. I am looking for constraint or anything that allows to create some delaying in bone movement - bone #2 is copying rotation from bone #1 a moment after #1 first movement. This would help me to create more realistic air influence effect. Is that even possible in blender?

You could also use an action constraint. Pretty simple to set up.
