This is going to be a pretty fun challenge to see the entries for.
Looking good except for the twining. You have both arms and legs in the same poses constantly. It really loses appeal and reality when you do that. Try adjusting at least one side of the body to be different.

You’re nearly there. I guess that the head shouldn’t point towards the platform at Frame 185. You should keep your body straight from Frame 180 to Frame 190. And, like thedaemon said, generally your poses should be more asymmetric, to convey a more natural feeling.
