QuadWrap/QuadCloak

I’ve been working on a new retopology workflow for Blender 2.8 & finally have something I can show you.

Let me know if you have any feature requests!

I’m curious how this would tie in loop controls, like say, loops around the knees/knuckles/eyes, etc. It sort of looks like you already might have some density/scale controls, which is great.

Look good and can you change topology density after drawing?

Any idea when it will be available?

Nice can’t wait to try this and i wonder for hard surface retopo how hard(no pun intended) would it be to make quad conform to 90 degree angle?

look forward all retoplogy tool for 2.8.

Looking forward to this. Any idea on how much it will cost?

Working on a poly editor that will be included as well.

Hi AlbertoFX.
I am longing to see the upcoming features of your addon.

I have a feature request:
Could it be possible to make the second row of quads (that the user draws over or close to the first row) snap to the first row?
I don’t know exactly how to make this work, but maybe vertices of the second row could snap to the closest vertices of the first row?
And (if possible), an option to choose the snapping distance.

Here is a mock-up animation that I have just made to illustrate what I mean:

Wow! I am curious to know/see the maths and strategy behind that allows for optimized selection of best connecting vertex or edge… Great work
