I am new to blender but when I display the wireframe it get glitchy sometimes

@norbyscook Not sure what exactly you are asking there by the picture. Are you wanting the solid mesh with a wireframe over it and something isn’t working? Or are you wanting a true wireframe with no solid mesh?
This is wireframe.
This is object data wireframe (notice that in both these examples not all the wireframe is drawn)
This is object data wireframe and draw all edges enabled (notice that all the verts are drawn now)
If this is not what you are wondering then I am lost at the question and just going off of what I am guessing at this point.

Check the box that says draw all edges just below wire.
