Wireframe lines all over normal bake with metallic set to 1

This is a mesh that’s supposed to be made of metal. However, with metallic pulled to 1 these white lines appear all over where the edges would be on the underlying mesh:

Any idea what this could be? I’ve been experimenting with the UV a lot and whatever I do to it, it doesn’t change the outcome so I don’t think it’s that. It’s baked from the same mesh but with subdiv 5 applied. These lines are really quite subtle but they’re definitely noticeable the more reflective the material is. It’s not bent normals either, the faces are flat.

Update: Topological issue? Splitting the face (not separate) removed the seam. Still not resolved though, i can’t exactly split every face up. To my knowledge the topology should not be an issue since I’m using creases and sharps here, it looks fine on the high poly.

Update: Think my issue might be similar to this: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/72011

The seams are not visible in render, but it is on the bake.
But I get it without using a bevel node, the metallic set to 1 with low roughness is enough. Basically the wireframe is showing up in the baked normal map.
