wm.context_toggle_enum for certain plugin

hi id like to ask if its possible to create context toggle enum for this

i use this tool always as measuring guide and id like to assign a shortcut key so i can switch faster between measure from cursor and scene just by toggling

but error occurs. ive tried to input the following ( context attribute ) but no success

  1. ) window_managers.spaceview3d_region_ruler
  2. ) window_managers[“WinMan”].spaceview3d_region_ruler.origin_type
  3. ) spaceview3d_region_ruler.origin_type
