Hi, I’m the developer of wooingbee inkoder, a free browser tool for converting videos and GIFs into GIF or animated WebP.

I noticed that some GIF previews here show “image larger than 5 MB” instead of displaying inline. You can load your clip into wooingbee, choose GIF and the 5MB target at the left-top side of the screen, and let it adjust the output automatically. You can also trim, crop, and convert several clips together.

Everything runs on your device, with no watermark.

Here is a clip from official Blender Youtube channel, and wooingbee inkoder guarantees that the GIF didn’t exceed 5MB file target size.
