Hey all
A while ago I was thinking about my favorite pc layout, so I tried to create it.
But I decided that since I was going to make it I might as well go the whole way and learn some stuff while I’m at it. I want to get it as realistic as I possibly can, and I was hoping if some of you people could help me in any way.

So here’s what I have so far

any crits, help, tips, or anything like that much appreciated.

I’m trying to get it looking as realistic as I can but as you can see, i’m not doing to well at the moment heh.
Any ideas? :o

it’s actually not that bad, I really like it and the AO looks good.

only thing I can see is the ceiling light…

  1. I think its a tad bit too bright and
  2. maybe give it a halo

I’m still working on the sub and speakers, I’m trying to make everything as realistic as possible, hoping to maybe someday approach the quality and realism of some of the amazing work on this forum. :slight_smile:

Thanks for the comment, I’ll fix the light as soon as I can.

I also have another question, does having Yafray working properly actually help realism? I mean does it give a scene a different atmosphere with the way it renders or something?
Or is everything Yafray can do doable with the Blender rendering engine?

Is Indigo a Blender plugin engine?
I’ve heard about it but I’ve never really looked into it.

Is there a linux version of the indigo engine?
So far I’ve only found windows versions…
But it looks like an impressive engine
