World Background overlapping in render layers

I needed the christmas star to have glare node in composition, so i had to split render to 2 layers. But because of that the background world made in Shading renders on both layers and is causing it to overlap. How can i disable world background from the second render layer?

usually i would say (Cyles/Eevee) Render Properties-> Film: enable Transparent… but i didn’t rendered two scenes yet…
