World Center - FBX Export

Forgive my ignorance, because this is probably a pretty basic problem:

I have a scene with multiple objects, which I export to FBX. In the target program I bring the scene up in, it is off center.

It does not seem to make any difference how I move the objects (together), it does not change how it shows up in the target program. I can move individual pieces, which affects the final result, but not the scene as a whole.

I have found by using the transform window, I can move one object at a time, setting its local position in relation to other objects, but cannot find a way to recenter the whole scene at once.

Any hints on how to do this?
