Hi everyone,

I’ve been building a browser-based 3D posing tool called Pose Blueprint, and I’d really like feedback from Blender users.

The idea is simple:
sometimes I want to block out a human pose or a simple two-person scene quickly without starting inside a full 3D package.

So I built a web tool where you can create the pose first, then export it to Blender as GLB.

 ![image](https://blenderartists.org/uploads/default/original/4X/6/b/5/6b559f4279334ac0009047cc401b5050e8926b90.png)

Current beta features include:

- full-body posing
- editable hands with simple palm controls
- gaze direction
- props and grip points
- two-person scenes
- pose presets
- PNG / transparent PNG export
- OpenPose / ComfyUI-compatible export
- GLB export with actor hierarchy, hands, props, and camera

I tested the exported GLB directly in Blender 5.2.2 LTS.

So far I confirmed that:

- two actors import correctly
- scale and orientation look correct
- body and hand hierarchy are preserved
- props remain attached
- camera data is imported
- actor roots remain separate in the Outliner

The current GLB rig is still only a Level 1 hierarchy pose rig.
It is not yet a standardized retargetable humanoid rig.

What I’d really like to know from Blender users is:

- Would this be useful as a quick blocking/posing tool before opening Blender?
- Is the current hierarchy useful enough, or would a retargetable rig be essential?
- What would make this actually fit into your Blender workflow?
- What feels unnecessary?
- What would stop you from using it again?

Live beta:

> **[Pose Blueprint | Shape the pose you mean](https://pose-blueprint.vercel.app/)**
>
> Design human poses, hands, gaze, props, and two-person scenes in your browser. Export references for AI workflows or GLB for Blender.

Direct editor:

> **[Pose Blueprint | Shape the pose you mean](https://pose-blueprint.vercel.app/blue)**
>
> Design human poses, hands, gaze, props, and two-person scenes in your browser. Export references for AI workflows or GLB for Blender.

This is still an early beta, so critical feedback is very welcome.

If you try it, feel free to leave feedback directly in this thread.

What advantage does it have over doing it in Blender in the first place?

That’s exactly the question I’m trying to validate.

I’m not trying to replace Blender — Blender is obviously far more powerful.

The idea is to make the “first 5 minutes” of posing faster:

- open a browser
- choose a preset
- adjust body / hands / gaze
- add a simple prop or second person
- export either to AI workflows or GLB for Blender

So the value, if there is one, is speed and lower setup friction rather than deeper 3D capability.

For experienced Blender users, I’m especially curious whether that quick blocking step is useful enough to justify using a separate tool at all.

If the answer is “no, Blender is already faster for me,” that’s useful feedback too.

This is a surprisingly effective tell that your posts are being written by a chatbot. All of y’all’s “would this be useful for your workflow” guerilla marketing slop nonsense ends with this. Anyway, this site is for humans to talk to other humans. If you have something to say, use your own words.
