Overall, the modeling is pretty good, but a bit too uneven in polygon density. The small details have very small faces, but the main large corners of the object don’t have enough sides and I can still see their polygons in the final render.
Is this the base mesh, or is this a wireframe with a level of subdivision applied? Hopefully it’s the latter, or you really didn’t make it easy on yourself, working with faces this fine.
I do have to say congratulations for managing to fit all those holes and fine details into a subdivided mesh. Though maybe it would be easier to manage using some edge loop reduction methods to reduce the massive amounts of edges on the flat faces where they are no longer needed.
The renders are simple, by clean and effective and I like them!
Thank you very much, I really appreciate all the feedback!
Looking at the final renderings, I’d say it’s a waste of time modeling all those holes for the mesh housing. A good shader with bump/dipslacement would have done the job and made changes in the pattern possible if you wanted to. The same goes for the icons on the buttons.
If youd did all the modeling out of joy then it’s fine, otherwise use shaders if you don’t intend to shoot closeups of these elements.
