Ww2 dogfight animation

Hello the Blender community!

Here is my last project on Blender 2.79 and i would like to have your advices on it !

Its a short animation of a ww2 dogfight on the eastern front. I create this project to improve my animation and compositing skills in blender.

I began by creating the plane, a Yakolvev 3, here is the result: https://flic.kr/p/2bPTTMo

The texturing is made in Subtance Painter

The other plane (The ME109) is made by Anders Lejczak:
http://www.colacola.se/expo_me109.htm#me109_5

To create the big landscape, i use the “Fake a Large Scale Forest” technique shown in this good tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aLVod…

I render this animation with only 300 samples in CYCLES render. All the post production and compositing is made in After Effects 2018.

Here is the 3D animation

Your opinion interests me on the things who shocks you.

Thanks for watching
