xVid/divX problems

For some reason Blender won’t playback xVid encoded files anymore. It was working before but for some reason has stopped. I tried reinstalling my codec pack and Blender. The avi file will play fine in almost any media player (MS, Nero, classic, etc.).

Any ideas here?

Thanks Andy, didn’t look there since I thought I was doing something wrong!
