Hi There, I am trying to get yafaray installed on a 64bit windows machine. When I export from blender the console says “import error : no module name found on line 19”
Yafaray forums state this is because I need 32bit python installed. Can someone offer a solution/explain on how to install python as 32bit or fix the problem?
I don’t use Windows, but as far as I’m aware, I think you can just download and install 32 bit Python…
Yes, that’s correct.
32-bit and 64-bit Python can peacefully coexist on the same 64-bit Windows machine. Just download and install.
And remember:
In conjunction with YafaRay you have to use the 32-bit version of Blender, too! I always use the ‘.zip’ versions of Blender, so I can use multiple versions paralelly.
