I have to model & cover in jewels the rest of the body, then build a scene around etc. etc.

Ah, yes, no script used whatsoever.

Stefano

Love this - very regal!

How did you do that hair?!

That’s nice work. Not like I’d wear them or anything, or let my daughters wear them, but those earrings are very cool. Maybe I’d let my mom wear them.

Can’t wait to see what you do for the rest of it!

Very, very nice start. The chin seems a little pointy in the side profile IMO. But, maybe that is what you are going for.

BgDM

wow love the hair.
did you model all the different strains? must be a lot of poly’s then

if id like big chinned women, i wouldnt waste a second! :stuck_out_tongue: cool woman model!

Very very nice. The pointy chin and noise fits her very well.

What was the render time on the anim?

Tanx people,

Caleb72How did you do that hair?! But by modelling each hair separately and one by one, of course… how else? (I’m not kidding, hairs are actually nodelled by hand, but there are, say, 10-12 different hair threads, duplicated and rotoscalotraslodeformatedated to enhance visual diversity and minimize intersections.

harkymanMaybe I’d let my mom wear them. And you haven’t seen the necklace, yet

BgDMthe chin…Yes, I wanted it pointy, but that’s tto much, right. I smoothed it a little.

koudejongenmust be a lot of poly’s then Head without ponytail 4497 vartices ponytail in this image 5683 vertices. But TazyTiggy suggested to make ponytail bigger, so now (wait for next picture :stuck_out_tongue: ) ponytail is 11366 vertices

blendermaxif id like big chinned womenany preferences for the rest of the body?

DinkerblowWhat was the render time on the animMmm… can’t really tell because I let it go overnight, but it was far less than that night.

Actually it was a few minutes per frame, less than 5 for sure or it would have spanned the whole night.

Thanx again. I’m not sure I’ll post any update before the final scene… mmm… let see…

Stefano

Her chin is a little big, but the real problem is that her throat (between her chin and her neck) looks like it’s being pushed up into her jaw bone.

Thanx Drevay… some changes were made… but not shown in this

Actually the sky and the sea and the light too are not so definitive… changes in progress… but the boat will play its role as it is now + someone on board, of course

Comments?

Stefano

of course: big, bobbling boobes; round, perky @$$; long, slender legs…

Mmmm. youll’ be 50% satisfied… :Z

Stefano

The boat looks kind of plain right now. Really needs some details, (i.e. wood planks, nails, etc.).

I like it though. Good shape and seems to be well thought out.

BgDM

Thanx… but I was thinking on a dark varnished boat, Venetian ‘gondola’ like, that’s why it’s so smooth.

And that’s why it is reflective  I’m sure you noted this. And well, final camera angle will show far less details, I’m pretty sure I will loose most of the rigging :frowning:

Now… back to modeling
