Yafray and SSS

Does blender’s SSS and ambien occ and mist settings work with yafray? They don’t seem to for me, but I may be missing something. Also, why was yafray’s processors option removed in 2.46? is there a way to manually set that?

  1. SSS: No. If you want SSS in Yafray you have to hand edit the xml output.
  2. Ambient Occlusion: Yafray’s equivalent to this is its Global Illumination.
  3. In 2.46, Yafray’s processor option was deemed superfluous; the functionality can be found in Blender’s own Threads: setting.
