looks like at exported all the faces without attaching them to each other heh. nice reflections
Yes, your mesh is made of several quads, hit remove doubles to fix.
If you want to fix, very cool like that

very cool render. I’ve seen that kind of mesh thingie before , I cut a model in half using S68’s knife script and subsurfaced looked like that I was going to use the effect in some kind of abstract render but forgot.
