looks like you have a good start there 
there’s a few things i think would improve the piece:
first, try and make the people more noticible
try working on the textures, for now they seem very plain, and not too interesting
and work on making a more interesting background scene
anyway, i like it so far

i like it. the pencil racer with the sharpener is pointing in a weird direction. is it spinning out? also that one should have a jet stream.
