Why is it that the Z-blur plug-in won’t work in any latest virsion of blender (2.25-2.28). My symptoms are: rendering window becomes absolutly RED.
Is there any thing that should be done before activating the plug-in?, or is it a problam of the plug-in programing? If is it the latter I ask you, coumputer wizards, to program a new virsion,

This is a problem with blender that’s been there since 2.25
The “zbuf” pointer passed to the plugin is always null, even if there is a zbuffer there
Use 2.23 if you’re going to use plugins - it works generally better.
The new API should be compatible with both 2.23 and 2.25, so why is it still necessary to use 2.23 for scripts? I haven’t tried scripts in 2.28 yet, so I am just curious.

And we NEED forget 2.23.
I still use 2.23 ONLY to use zblur.
Its a big pain lost the new features (shaders, etc) to can use zblur (there isn’t a least a version of blur pluguin for windows!!)
Please please please, i will do anything he wants to the code guru that fixes this!!
